- It is an exceptional honor and pleasure to receive the award of the German-Croatian economy for socially responsible business like is our Earth Day project! Thank you to all the children of the city of Zagreb and their teachers for coming in such large numbers every year and raising awareness of ecology as an important factor for our society! I'm also proud of the ZOV team that works dedicatedly on that project, which is more and more visited every year! - said Dr. Thomas Sichla, CEO of ZOV, during the award ceremony, where ZOV took the third place.
The award is given to member companies of the German-Croatian Chamber of Commerce (AHK) that have met two criteria: socially responsible business in any area and fostering German-Croatian business relations. Our Earth Day project met both criteria. We are proud to point out that ZOV is also a long-standing member of the chamber, and we are present in all chamber's activities. The director of AHK Stefanie Ziska, as well as the German ambassador to the Republic of Croatia, Dr. Christian Hellbach, congratulated Dr. Thomas Sichla and the ZOV team on the valuable award.
